Links which are placed in main content of a web page is called body links.

Churn means processing, in seo terminology churning means processing search engine results with the use of new algorithm.
Cloaking
Cloaking means placing some content only for search engine than for real human visitors. Practicing cloaking is difficult and it must be avoided if you are not 100% sure what you are doing. Because search engines do not like much of cloaking.
